Teacher account, settings, and billing

What individual teachers can manage in their profile, school setup, and subscription area.

Teacher account, settings, and billing

Teachers on individual plans have broader settings access than school-plan teachers.

Profile settings

Teachers can manage:

  • name
  • avatar
  • timezone
  • schedule display mode

Depending on role and plan, teachers may also access:

  • branding
  • documents
  • integrations
  • generation settings

On school plans, teachers usually have a smaller settings area than school admins.

Billing

For individual teachers and some legacy admin accounts, the billing area can show:

  • current plan
  • subscription source
  • renewal or cancellation timing
  • usage against student, teacher, and AI limits
  • add-on management
  • plan changes between Free, Pro, and School
  • portal access for Stripe-managed subscriptions

Pricing structure

The current pricing page references:

  • Free: 1 teacher, up to 3 students
  • Pro: EUR 19/month, up to 20 students, with a 14-day free trial
